Refund & Return Policy

At Barsa Bardewa, we want you to love your purchase. Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Returned with the original packaging

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or the product is not the right choice for you, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and, where possible, send a replacement item in the correct condition.

If a replacement is not available, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

In these situations, you do not need to return the item unless specifically requested by Barsa Bardewa.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount are also eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions described above.
